WASHINGTON, D.C.—Two years after being critically wounded during the attack on a GOP baseball team practice, Republican Whip Steve Scalise took the field in the 2019 Congressional Baseball Game for charity thankful for the outpouring of prayers and support, and the opportunity to be back playing baseball with his teammates.
